Handmade in Pittsburgh, Sunstone Soaps are a blend of natural plant oils, fragrances, colors, and exfoliates. Unlike mass-produced commercial soap bars, these hand-crafted soaps do not contain animal fats, petroleum, hardeners or detergents that can be drying to your skin. Sunstone Soaps retain all of their natural glycerin moisturizers, making them especially gentle.
The combination of organic palm, olive, coconut, rice bran and castor oils, with Shea butter creates a soap that lathers nicely and rinses clean. Sunstone Soap uses primarily plant essential oils for the scented aromatherapy benefits, and natural mica, herbs and spices for coloring and exfoliation.
Our goal is to create healthy, beautiful soap that you can afford to treat yourself with daily. It is also important at Sunstone to help eliminate animal suffering: our soaps are not tested on animals; we use no animal fats; and we donate a percentage of profits to local animal shelters.
